Higher-level teaching experience beyond the minimum requirement (at the level of Associate Professor/Reader or higher) will be used to shortlist candidates. Note: No subsequent requests to add experience or submit certificates after the application deadline will be entertained. 2. The Interview Round Candidates who are shortlisted will be called for a physical interview conducted by the Selection Board at a venue decided by ESIC. The interview is evaluated out of a total of 100 marks. 3. Minimum Qualifying Marks (Suitability Level)To be considered for final selection, candidates must score at least the minimum qualifying marks in the interview based on their category: UR / EWS: 50 marks OBC: 45 marks SC / ST / PwBD: 40 marks 4. Tie-Breaking CriteriaIf two or more candidates score the exact same marks in the interview, ESIC resolves the tie using the following ordered principles: Age: The elder candidate is given preference over the younger candidate. Post-Graduation Date: The candidate who passed their essential Post Graduate degree earlier is selected first.
